Sara Whale is an experienced educator and training professional with a strong background in delivering nationally recognised qualifications across schools and industry. She is passionate about supporting both students and trainers on their vocational pathways and is known for her inclusive, student‑centred approach.
Sara adapts her teaching and support strategies to meet diverse learning needs while fostering positive relationships with learners, families, employers, and training staff. Sara holds a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and has an in‑depth understanding of compliance requirements for Trainers and Assessors, with extensive experience in assessment validation and program development.
Her commitment to continuous improvement and wellbeing ensures high‑quality, compliant training delivery. In her role at Flexi RTO, Sara provides guidance and supervision to trainers working under direction and supports delivery in both face‑to‑face and remote settings.
She will also be offering support for our Trainers and Assessors. She is excited to contribute her skills and enthusiasm to Flexi RTO team and to help support our Trainers & Assessors and Flexi Schools.
