Hospitality Skill Set

This skill set provides students with essential knowledge and skills for success in hospitality and customer service sectors through a variety of key modules. Students will learn to collaborate effectively, enhancing their interpersonal and teamwork skills. They will explore professional customer service techniques, focusing on communication, active listening, and handling inquiries and complaints. The course also teaches vital food safety principles, including hygiene practices and food handling standards to ensure compliance with health regulations. Lastly, participants will gain practical skills in operating coffee machines and preparing various coffee styles. Through experiential learning activities and real-world simulations, learners will emerge with a well-rounded skill set, ready to embark on career pathways in hospitality and customer service, preparing students for a range of entry-level positions. The Learning environment will include the flexible learning school, and a simulated kitchen.
